Guy W. Rutland, IV Executive Vice President - Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Rutland has been Vice President of the Company since October 1993 and earned the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, of Allied Automotive Group, Inc. in the spring of 2001.  Rutland was Vice President, Reengineering Core Team, of Allied Automotive Group, Inc. from November 1996 to November 1997. From January 1996 to November 1996, he was Assistant Vice President of the Central and Southeast Region of Operations for Allied Systems, Ltd. From March 1995 to January 1996, Rutland was Assistant Vice President of the Central Division of Operations for Allied Systems, Ltd. From June 1994 to March 1995, he was Assistant Vice President of the Eastern Division of Operations for Allied Systems, Ltd. From 1993 to June 1994, Mr. Rutland was assigned to special projects with an assignment in Industrial Relations/Labor Department and from 1988 to 1993 he was Director of Performance Management.

Keith Rentzel Senior Vice President -  North American Operations

Mr. Rentzel has 25 years of haulaway experience and has been with the Company for more than 20 years. He previously served as North-Central Regional Operations Manager. While working with General Motors, he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Thomas L. Kirkman Senior Vice President Marketing

Mr. Kirkman was appointed to this position in November of 1995. Previously he served as Vice President of Sales from 1991 to 1995 for Allied Systems Ltd., a subsidiary of the Allied Automotive Group. From 1986 through 1991 Mr. Kirkman was the Assistant Vice President of Sales. From 1966 through 1986 he served in positions of increasing responsibility in with Motor Convoy, Inc.

Robert Ferrell Senior Vice President – Maintenance

Mr. Ferrell was appointed Senior Vice President of Maintenance in December of 1997. Prior to that he spent 16 years with UPS Truck Leasing. His last position being Vice President of Maintenance. Previously he served in positions of increasing responsibility with UPS.
