AAG provides a wide range of inventory management functions tailored to meet our customers' specific needs. Our systems and quality processes are tailored to deliver superior quality and services in each site that we service. While no two sites are identical, we provide management of the vehicle from the time it is received from the plant or other carrier, handle all data communication and manufacturers reporting, and either deliver to a dealer or to an interim carrier. In some cases, we receive units from the plant at the gate, hold the inventory, and load the vehicles on rail cars for delivery by railroads to a distribution center. In other cases, we manage vehicle pooling centers close to the ultimate customer. In these cases, we manage the inventory, reconsign vehicles, and deliver them to the ultimate dealer when sold. We act as the agent for the manufacturer by holding unassigned vehicles and finishing the necessary paperwork when a unit is reconsigned. This service allows manufacturers and their dealers to reduce inventory requirements and improve customer satisfaction by getting the desired vehicles to the end customer quickly.

Rail Loading & Unloading

AAG provides rail car loading and unloading at a number of facilities across the US. This service includes managing and staging the inventory, placing units on the rail cars, and data interchange with rail roads and manufacturers.

Third Party Management

In certain circumstances, we have applied our yard management system and vehicle flow expertise to solve transportation problems by assisting with the effective management of our customers work force. Even in difficult circumstances, we have achieved significant savings, improved service, and enhanced data communications.

We have extensive experience with vehicle flow and movement as well as yard layouts that helps us develop practical solutions to inventory and vehicle yard problems. No one has excess space. The key is to use the limited space most effectively.
